A Williams-Sonoma, Inc’s start-up specializing in monogrammed gifts sought a fresh and elevated digital experience for their customers.


The Solution

The site refresh included a minimalist theme of colors and fonts to showcase the branded assets and colorful monogrammed products. The new web font’s Gotham and Playfair increased legibility and brand continuity from web to print. In addition to the new theme, the homepage was redesigned with new widgets to draw in customer and increase conversion.

Conversion Boost!

The website refresh impacted the homepage with a 16% growth YOY in conversion, 9% growth in sales, and a 10% drop in bounce rate. The new homepage features all performed higher than overall site conversion; the promo carousel.
